Principal Chris Charalambous, who heads up the R&W property management team was already impressive at the age of 18. Not long out of school, he took the initiative to establish a property management arm of the real estate agency he worked for and started the rent roll from scratch. That rent roll now has more than 500 properties on it and continues to grow under his leadership.

Charalambous, who is bi-lingual, prides himself on providing an exemplary level of service and hand-on initiative for his clients.
